Minimum Service
Full Service
Our minimum service charge is $45 for most machines other than, Bernina 7, Pfaff Icon & Husqvarna Epic $65
If you have an issue with your machine but do not want a full service, we can address the specific problem you ask us to look at with our minimum service. If your machine needs to be diagnosed and you're unsure if it requires a full service, we will diagnose it and contact you. We will let you know if it can be fixed with our minimum service, if we recommend a full service, or if parts/repair is needed.
Please note that our minimum service only covers minor issues - we do not clean, deeply oil, or perform repairs under this service. We will contact you before proceeding with any work beyond the minimum service.
With our full-service package, we thoroughly inspect your machine inside and out. Our complete service includes a thorough diagnostic, deep cleaning, oiling, and inspection of all critical components such as tension, timing, bobbin winder, bobbin area, needle plate, gears, sensors, pins, motors, and more.
This full-service price does not cover the cost of any necessary part replacements, major de-seizure work, or repairs beyond a service.

Major Unsiezing
If you've pulled out your machine after an extended period of non-use and the handwheel is stiff or won't turn, this likely indicates your machine has seized up. Lack of proper maintenance and oiling can also cause this issue.
Minor unseizing is typically addressed as part of a full service, but major unseizing, which requires soaking the machine for hours to get it moving again, incurs an additional $149 charge. We recommend scheduling a full service in either case to properly unseal and restore your machine.
Parts, Repairs & Major Repairs
If your machine requires a replacement part, we will provide you with a quote that includes both the price of the part and the installation cost. Please note that this is separate from a full service. In the event that your machine needs repairs, we will offer a cost estimate prior to proceeding with the work.
For any major repairs, we will provide you with a detailed quote, which will include the cost of any necessary parts as well as a labor rate of $56 per hour.

We provide professional scissor sharpening services for a wide range of scissors, including sewing, pinking, hairdressing, medical, and veterinary scissors.

Our full services come with a 3-month warranty.
Please note:

If your device has extra lighting, it may need to be removed during disassembly.

If your device has stickers, we may not fully clean the exterior to avoid damaging them. Stickers placed along seams may need to be cut.

We are not responsible for issues arising during the assessment of electrical components, including the display.

We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or issues.

Additional problems may be found during service. We will contact you before proceeding with extra work or costs.

Replacement parts may not be original or new, depending on availability.

Machines will be tested after service.

We are not responsible for damage that may occur during repair or testing, including fragile plastic parts, housing, or display.

We are not responsible for lost or damaged accessories.

Customers must remove personal items and attachments before service.

Machines not picked up within [X days] may be subject to storage fees.

All services are final. No refunds after completion.

Our liability is limited to the cost of the service.

We are pleased to offer our On-The-Go machine servicing, where our technicians will come directly to your location. We also offer drop-off by appointment in Kamloops on the Nother Shore. For customers outside the Kamloops area, we request a minimum of 4 machines to be serviced at the same appointment. We encourage you to gather friends and book a sewing party - our team will be happy to service everyone's machines during the same visit.
